Cancellation Policy and Fees

At Liv Beautiful we value your business and recognize your time is valuable.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Please arrive a few minutes early so we may start your appointment on time.

· Cancellations of less than 24 hour’s notice are subject to 100% of the service rate.

· “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service rate.

· Late arrivals are treated as No Shows if there is insufficient time to perform the service.

For changes or cancellations, call or text (403) 333-3978 AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, call by 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
